Dream Again!

Just finished a great book on dreaming again. Sometimes in life hurts and pain cause us to stop, slow down or give up on our dreams. "The remedy to disappointment is to remember that you are appointed." This is a quote I made a note of while reading the book "Dream Culture" by Mason. I will post it later. I saw something about it and ordered it immediately. Read it in two days but plan to go back through slowly and do the exercises. This book along with several others things that have happened by the hand of the loving Lord have caused me to have renewed energy to begin to pick up the dreams that had almost been crushed by betrayal's sting. I realized I need to not lay aside my dreams in order to serve. I have been a servant and have many times put others before my needs and that is not so noble as I thought. "If I lay aside all dreams in order to serve may seem very noble, but does it serve Heaven's purpose on the earth?" This statement opened my eyes as I have allowed a bent idea of serving others, as if I were serving the Lord, when His greatest purpose in me was being smothered out. I had a dear father in the faith stop me a few weeks ago and take the time to speak into my destiny. Immediately the enemy of my soul put up a stop sign by causing someone who I though was a dear friend to do something that made me fearful to be around this "spiritual father". I knew this was the enemies plan but I didn't know how to deal with it until I took the first step as if the hindering event had never happened. When I did it was like clouds parted of gloom and heartache.
If you have given up ask the Lord to awaken the dreams He has put into you again. Then begin to watch for divine openings, opportunities, and appointments. Step out of fear and into faith as you cannot please God without faith.

Communion With God

Want to know how to hear the Lord and His voice? Of course, we all need to know if what we hear is Him, us or darkness speaking. When we understand how to recognize Him and His voice we then become much more secure in our decisions. We know we have heard His encouragement to proceed or to stop. We still have the decision to obey or ignore Him and His desires.
Let me share a testimony from one student in class. She said, " The local shootings of five individuals in our rural community was really close to my oldest daughter and grandkids. The capture and shooting last night was one block away from their home. God showed me when I was praying in the Spirit a hedge of protection and the blood of Jesus over them. It was like a mother hen as she wraps her wings around her chicks and nothing (no weapons formed) can see them--the wings are for protection. Praise God for protection." This learning to hear the Lord gave her great peace in a horrible situation. She said normally I would get in the car and go there immediately, but I knew that all was well because I saw the picture the Lord sent to me. This is how we can live daily. We don't know the next situation that will come our way but we do know that the love of our Father is what we need to make it through.

When You Are Blind You Need A Seerer!

One of the most wonderful things about the prophetic is that it can see through things. I love it when are real seerer speaks out a word to me that just brings clarity and confirmation. We are not to follow after the prophetic to get words but when we do get them we need to write them down, read over and over, and pray about how this will proceed in your life.
I recently read a great book that helped give clearer vision to what the Lord is doing right now. "From Spiritual Slavery to Spiritual Sonship" by Jack Frost. What a NOW TIME book! When we get it we will see harvest as never before. I encourage you to order it and be surprised by the breakthroughs you will see.

A New Day Emerging!

Have you felt lately that things are just too confusing? Is all the change coming too fast and life seems to be caving in on you? Well keep your head up as things are begining to move forward. Whenever it seems that you feel like quiting it is just when the very things you have been praying for are at the door. Never quit or stop moving forward in Jesus. His Kingdom is advancing and those who are religious and cold are dropping away daily. Keep the passion for the Lord hot and watch Him work in ways you have never seen before.

Time For The True To Shine Forth

Such a time of turmoil! On every side people are self destructing. In the political world, church world, family world, etc., it seems that those who pretend to be something that they are not are having a difficult time holding the lies together. When you pretend to love the Lord, but it is only a front that you put on, your sweetness starts to turn bitter as you cannot continue to keep the phony into position. It seems it is rampant at this time as if the tornadoes in the midwest are just a natural picture of the tornadoes in peoples hearts. Keep your eyes open as destruction is soon behind their decisions. Broken dreams, broken marriages, broken health, etc. as the shame that is deep within begins to manifest in the natural.
But those of the Truth, the ones with real joy and pure hearts will see greater abundance, fruitfulness, and peace while destruction lays all around. Keep your hearts pure with blessing those that harm you and giving forgiveness quickly. Live in the light of His love, at the altitude of mercy, in the landscape of "He maketh me to lay down in green pastures". Love to all and see yourself wrapped in His Love!

The Confidence Makeover is an excellent book as I read it when I was launching out in a new endeavor. I started my own company at the age of 58 years old. Sometimes we get so involved with trying to be a Christian that we forget the wonder of the cross. We are to be in Him rather than become consumed by doing for Him. Yes doing His will is wonderful and His will is to be His, be in Him, love Him, rest in Him, and "to obey is better than sacrifice". His love for us is so consuming that sometimes we have feel like we have to earn it, but not so. How could anyone love us this much!! It is amazing but true!!

Everyone is wanting to get back to the environmental way of life. A healthy living style with simple basics. Let's apply that same desire to the truth of this season. This season of giving was put into place by the remembrance of the greatest gift given, Jesus. Many try to steal this season with their own decorations, songs and stories. They then try to push the nativity out of the way, take Merry Christmas out of our language, and now even remove red and green colors from schools. They want to put their decor on the court house lawns and stop the nativity. So do that but pick another day out of the 365 instead of grabbing Christmas and then shouting "foul, we want diversity". Diversify on another day, we don't care but stop trying to push our original celebration out of the way. We are givers and we will gladly give you room to express, but why is it that you want our original day of celebration. Let's go back to the basics of Bethlehem and let's clean up our spiritual environment to keep this season healthy in it's original intent. One group wanted their "Tree of Knowledge" put up in the displays but I have not ever seen anyone of the tree of knowledge group be givers and celebrators just parasitical on our giving celebration of heaven's gift. So let's all encourage our neighbors and family to be "green" and environmentally basic to the history of this season and celebration. Jesus is King and Lord of ALL!

Are you ready for the new that is coming? I have noticed how many weak, pretenders are dropping out of view. Meaning they are now backsliding because they have not kept their spiritual daily care in place. Many have been coming to church for years and just wanting to suck on a bottle and not learn to eat daily as well as corporate meetings. After being involved in the church for almost sixty years I have noticed this happening just before great outpourings of heaven. So everyone get ready as great things are getting ready to break forth more and more. We are seeing a small amount begining, but it is just the droplets of rain as the clouds are gathering for outpouring.

Miracle Time for You

WOW! What a time to be alive. I am so glad that the Lord allowed me to live in this day. It is just the right time for me. I love the ability to see what is happening, really around the world in a moment by the internet. I was up watching one of the revivals that the Lord is doing in this land. The revival is a healing and salvation powerhouse. I also have to remind us that we all love fire but we also have to build fireplaces to contain the fire for the benefit of others. I have seen many miracles in my life from even a child. My father would take me with him when he went to pray for victims of polio in the 50's. I was playing in the backyard of a home when the young child inside was healed of a hole in his heart that even the Mayo clinic could not help in the 60's. I remember Oral Roberts printing a comic book of the true story about a young girl in a wheelchair that was asking for the Lord to heal her. She felt that the Lord told her He would bring her healing on a certain date. She prepared even to the point of buying shoes as she did not need them before. Remember in the 50's we did not as a society have a lot of our wants because we still had many needs. We live in a society today that we demand our wants because many needs are met materially.
Well she needed shoes, as her feet and legs were going to be working soon. The comic book went on to present the total story of her healing and the results of her faith in the Lord. How much are you leaning on the Lord today for your needs? Needs that only He can provide. He is still the same today as yesterday. I am getting ready to celebrate His goodness, in giving me life for 59 years, next week. I have needed Him so many times and would not be here today if He had not shown up in His power and might. He is my Lord and my Redeemer. You could say denounce Him today or die and I would have to keep Him. He has already brought me out of death so many times I could never denounce Him.
Walk in His love and power today. Talk to Him and expect to hear Him. He loves you and is for you so who can be against you.

Fresh Miracle Friday Aug.27,2010

This miracle happened live Friday night on Live streaming video. The lady was in wheelchair for 23 years after a vehicle accident caused nerve damage. Her husband is a Bishop and for 23 years they have been believing for a miracle. She is a women of faith as she was determined to get her miracle. This prayer and praise was over an hour of the total service. We need to expect to see the Lord's power more and praise until we see it happen. I hope we have more of this total video in the future as she and her husband went to where she could sit in a normal chair and they had such a glow of the Lord on their faces.

Well it is time again for Prophetic Training classes. They begin Sept. 1 at 6:30-8:30 on Wednesday for 12 sessions. That is the first semester and the second will be the same time but begin in January. It is such an exciting time as we come together to learn to hear the voice of the Lord more clearly. Prophecy is just hearing God and then speaking to man. We listen for the things the Lord is saying in order to be a vessel to be used to bring His thoughts, will and character into everyday situations. We cover many aspects such as dreams, impressions, visions, etc. We discuss the history of prophetic activities in the Word. My friend Kerry Kirkwood just had this new book released today. Just read an exert and it looks really good. I have heard parts of this message when he preached it at Grace Church. You have to hear the testimonies and pass this book on to others. It will turn your life situations around.
Keep your life forcused forward and allow the spirit of the Kingdom to bring forth abundance in your life. Jesus paid for so much more than we ever take hold of. Blessing is so powerful and we need power in this day and time.

How We Need Hope!

I have been reading recently the book "The Hope Habit" by Dr. Terry Law, and it is truly a book for today. With so much hurt and turmoil we need to remind ourselves that hope is powerful. I remember a time of deep hopelessness in my life and it was such a hurtful, dark place. Today we pass people all the time who are at that dark and hurtful place of no hope. We sometimes get a low tank of hope and need to refill but some have hit total bottom. We are living in desperate times when men are lovers of selves more than lovers of God. The Word is clear that this time will be evident. I encourage you today to feast on the love of the Lord and fill up with hope. Then go give some hope away so that you will have a multiplying effect in your life. More Hope and More Hope and More Hope!
